Kate uses a variety of spiritual tools which include angelic guidance and archetypes and sacred contracts. Being in the present moment each session can be different and spontaneous. As an angelic messenger Kate is guided by angels and ascended masters; each session is conducted to fit the needs of the client. You and Kate discuss your desires and create a plan which will include weekly, bi-weekly or monthly phone appointments.

Most of Kate's facilitating is done by phone. Kate spent many years seeing clients face to face. Then people in other locations asked how they could work with her. The phone was the perfect answer. And Kate found, for many people this was a preferred way of working. This way the people Kate is assisting can be anyplace they choose. Sometimes at home, or in their workplace or traveling. In this time of technology, much personal/spiritual development facilitation, spiritual direction and life coaching is done this way.
